Booking a first call
The first call is free, thirty minutes, by video. It doesn’t commit either of us to anything.
Working together
Before we start, we sign a one-page agreement: your pieces, the length, the price and what your company hears. The Mosaic runs for six months, with twelve 90-minute sessions.
Paying
The Mosaic is $9,600 up front, or $1,600 a month invoiced at the start of each month. One piece is $1,500 before the first session. Workshops are $4,800, with half due to hold the date.
Moving a session
Give me 48 hours’ notice and we’ll move it at no cost. Later than that, the session counts as used, though I’ll let it go once in every engagement.
Stopping early
Tell me at any session. If we can’t make it work, you can stop at the end of the month and you won’t pay for the months after.
Coaching isn’t therapy
We talk about work, and sometimes work is personal. If something needs a therapist, I’ll say so and help you find one.
Your decisions stay yours
I’ll help you think things through, but the decisions you make at work, and what follows from them, remain yours and your company’s.
