I help teams fit together, one piece at a time.
I’m Giulia. I spent eleven years in people and operations roles, and I’ve been coaching leaders and their teams since 2019.

The longer version
I joined Studio Corsa in Milan when it had 30 people, and left when it had 220. In between I hired most of them, promoted some of them too early, and sat in a lot of rooms where two good people couldn’t agree.
The best managers I worked with weren’t the most talented. They were the ones who worked on one small thing at a time: one meeting, one conversation, one decision they stopped making themselves.
That’s how I coach. We pick a few pieces, we work on them properly, and we bring your team in so it doesn’t stop with you.
