What I collect
Only what you send me. Through the contact form that’s your name, email, role, company and the pieces you pick. If we work together, I also keep invoices and my own session notes.
How I use it
To reply to you, plan our sessions and send invoices. That’s all. You won’t get a newsletter unless you ask for one.
Session notes stay with me
If your company pays, it hears only what we agree in writing before we start: your three pieces, and whether they’re moving. Never what we talked about.
Who else sees it
My email provider, my booking tool and my accountant, each only for the part they need. I never sell your details or share them for marketing.
How long I keep it
Enquiries for a year. Session notes for two years after we finish, then I delete them. Invoices for as long as tax rules require.
Cookies
Only the ones the site needs to work, plus simple visit counts that don’t identify you. No advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you at any time. Write to hello@giuliaferri.coach and I’ll reply within 30 days.
