Coaching built from the pieces that matter to you.

One-to-one leadership coaching for founders and managers. Pick three pieces, meet every two weeks, and bring your team in once along the way.

Twelve pieces. You’ll only need three.

The twelve pieces

Most leadership problems are made of a few of these. You’ll probably recognize yours.

Saying no

Six months, one tile at a time.

The usual shape of an engagement. Every team is different, so the details move.

Questions people ask first

If yours isn’t here, ask me on the first call.

Still curious?

Write to me and I’ll reply within two working days.

My company is paying. What will they hear?

The three pieces we agree at the start, and at the midpoint and the end whether they’re moving. Never what we talked about. We agree this in writing before we begin.

Can I change my three pieces later?

Yes. Around month three we look at the mosaic together, and about half my clients swap one piece for another.

Do I have to do a workshop?

No. The Mosaic includes one, but if your team isn’t ready we swap it for two extra one-to-one sessions.

Is this therapy?

No. We work on how you lead and how your team works. If something bigger comes up, I’ll help you find the right person.

Do we need to be in Milan?

No. Most sessions are by video. Workshops happen in your office, by video, or on the coast near Positano.

What if it isn’t working?

Tell me. We review at the midpoint, and if it still isn’t right you can stop and pay only for the sessions we’ve had.

How soon can we start?

Usually within two weeks of our first call. Two places are open for January.

Can my company pay monthly?

Yes. The Mosaic can be paid as $1,600 a month for six months, invoiced to your company.

Do you work with people outside tech and design?

Yes. About a third of my clients run hospitality, retail or nonprofit teams. The pieces are the same.

Start with one piece. We’ll build the rest together.
